Attorney Witters is an experienced Patent Attorney and Professional Engineer (P.E.). He has filed well in excess of 100 patents, US and foreign, in a variety of technologies. He has gained patent protection in technologies ranging from simple mechanical devices to complex electrical and chemical systems and methods. Attorney Witters holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from The Ohio State University and a J.D. from Chase College of Law.
